advanced search by "created by"

Hello. The Advanced search feature does not include criteria for created by user/tech. Here is one possible workaround.

From RDM, follow Reports > Activity logs. In the Activity logs tab, set the Date range accordingly. For example, we may want to search for entries added over the last 60 days. Click the Search button to get all the results. 
 
Now edit the Message field in the search criteria to apply a filter. Type Entry added in this field and press Enter to apply this filter. The results should indicate all entries added over the last 60 days.
 
 
Now scroll to the right to find the different user columns. The combination of Machine user, User, and Connection user should provide an indication of which technician added each entry.

You can try the workaround but I'm happy to inform you that this feature will be available in RDM 2025.1. This version will be released at the begin of the next year.
