Hello,
is there a way to use YubiKey offline (i.e. the server has no internet connection) as a second factor when logging in from the Remote Desktop manager.
Hello,
Unfortunately, Devolutions Server requires internet access to use Yubikey as 2FA. You can see the endpoints reached when Yubikey is used here : https://docs.devolutions.net/server/kb/knowledge-base/internet-endpoints-server/
I know that it is possible to support an offline mode, but it is not something planned for now. We are taking note of your feedback and we will follow this topic to see if there is any additional interest or input from other users.
Best regards,

Hello,
I would also be interested in a Yubikey that works offline.
The reason is simple.
I use Remote Desktop Manager on a local network.
And I need it even when the internet connection goes down.
Many people aren’t aware of this, and then they simply can’t log in when the internet goes down. Personally, I consider the fact that Yubikey doesn’t work offline to be a flaw.
If nothing is going to be done about it, then the Yubikey settings window should state that it doesn’t work offline. I’d say most users don’t even know that Yubikey doesn’t work offline.
Only then will we see how many people are interested in having Yubikey work offline.

Hi @psalficky,
We've recently added rudimentary passkey support in DVLS 2026.1. I say rudimentary because they only act as 2FA for now due to technical limitations. Our plans for the future is to properly implement passkeys for passwordless login. For now however, you can save a passkey on your YubiKey and this should allow you to use it with a DVLS that doesn't have WAN access.
