Display entry password directly in overview

Hello,
Posting this on behalf of a customer to reduce back and forth.
They were wondering if there's a reason why we open a new tab when viewing credentials in RDM.
They believe it would be a better user experience if the password was shown in the dashboard view directly.

Hello,
This is a technical challenge we will address later this year. For now, the overview is static HTML content and not a native component. That is something we plan to improve later next year. Thank you for the suggestion.

Sorry, I made a mistake; it's later next year. We held a hackathon, and the results were promising, but unfortunately, it's not possible to include it in the release 2025.1. This release is planned for early February.

It’s not available yet, but RDM 2025.2 will significantly simplify the implementation process.
As shown in the image, both Overviews look very similar—the one on the right is rendered in HTML, while the other uses Avalonia (native). This technology change will make it much easier to interact with the interface and will significantly enhance the overall user experience.
