Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

My name is William and I'm here to assist you in any way I can.

When using the Devolutions Server as a Data Source for RDM, all users get their own User Vault to store their personal credentials. Also, if some credentials are needed to be shared you can add them to a shared vault and set proper permissions on the entries and folders.

Also, RDM allows you to store credentials under File > My Account settings and entries can be configured to use either "My privileged account" and "My personal credentials".

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification.

Best regards,

Hello,

I understand you were answered, but you should also know that Devolutions has processes for accompanying customers in their POCs and Installations.
If you ever want to take advantage of this, simply email service@devolutions.net; we'll be more than happy to organize a meeting for guidance and consulting.

I hope we'll hear from you.

For new users exploring best practices, a key recommendation is to ensure efficient organization and secure sharing of files and credentials. Tools like Filemail are invaluable for transferring large files securely, which can complement your workflow when managing resources across multiple systems. Combining such tools with Devolutions' features can greatly streamline operations and enhance productivity.
