Logmein integration doesn't work with last RDM update
Hello,
To connecte to our customers infrastructures we use VPN and Logmein directly from RDM.
Since the last update 2024.2.21.0 to 2024.3.17.0 our Logmein connexions do not work anymore.
Logmein is usable from a webpage externally from RDM and it still works that way but in RDM it looks like RDM is trying to render the page with an old version of internet explorer:

It tells me that it is an old version of internet explorer because there is activeX in edge anymore (if I'm not wrong).
Is there anything to update in DVLS or RDM to mitigate this issue?

Hi,
Our integration was based on Internet Explorer. We have never been able to make it work with the latest browser. We might need to verify if we can still support LogMeIn embedded since a lot has changed since the original integration. Perhaps you could try to create a website entry and check if you are able to make it work in the meantime.

We have reproduced the issue internally and have confirmed that using a website entry instead of a LogMeIn entry will work properly as a workaround.
We have created a ticket to change the old LogMeIn integration to use the WebView2 engine with Edge instead of IE and will keep you updated on any progress.
