Hi,
Having issue with VM console error.
I have a number vaults where I have setup a sync to vmware to pull through consoles. On most of the vaults this is work without issue. However, on one when I launch a console session I get the following error.
I have compared the sync settings and other than the root folder, everything appears the same.
Thanks
Iain

Hello,
Indeed! Do you have more information about the error message under Help - Application Logs?
Best regards,

Hmm odd, seems to complain about the connection to SQL..

However, that makes very little sense if it works for all the others on the same SQL instance?
Thanks

Thanks to support and the debug tool I was able to see I was the cause of the issue, the debug info gave me more information and I was able to see straight away what the issue was!
These consoles are populated into the vault using the VMWare sync. Which is setup up using a read only account on the vCenter.
In the debug output I saw the mention of read only and instantly realised I had completely missed adding my user specific settings to the folder the sessions are placed in.
Once I added my credentials to the folder and launched the session it worked like all the others!
Apologies clearly low caffeine day!
Thanks
Iain
