Windows RDM does not show Linux field in VPN selection

As described, when editing the entry and assigning an existing VPN to a connection, on Windows it shows only Windows and MacOS, while Linux version of RDM shows all three.

We've added the Linux option to the VPN Link. This should be available for the upcoming 2025 version.
