AnyConnect plugin plugin not working correctly with grouped setup

Hi,

not sure if this is the support place for the AnyConnect plugin, but here goes. It doesn't work if the server has group authentication. I think the sequence of responses is now different because now we get to choose a group first and plugin just injects username into that spot and then injects password as username and stalls keeping the cli alive in the background. In CLI the sequence is actually: group, username then pass (see below). I have managed to do a workaround by adding a slightly delayed "before authentication" PIN on "Advanced" tab, but I think there should be a field on the General tab above username.
