User access rights report for auditing purpose

Hello everyone,

A client has requested an enhancement to add a comprehensive access rights report for individual users. This report should display all access permissions an individual user has on entries, folders, and vaults in the data source, whether obtained through direct access or via group memberships. This report could also be available on the Hub and DVLS web UI.

Proposed Improvement:

The enhancement includes:
1. A detailed report showing user access across entries, folders, and vaults, encompassing both direct permissions and those obtained through group membership.
2. A filtering option by specific permissions and by vault selection.
3. The capability to export the generated report in CSV format for easier analysis and sharing.

Currently, a basic PowerShell script on our GitHub provides permissions on a per-user or per-group basis, but it lacks functionality for resolving nested user group memberships. This new module feature would expand upon that, automating the reporting across all permission sources for a more comprehensive view.
