RDM freezes when opening/closing a RDP Session

Hello

Since a few weeks (maybe months) my RDM freezes multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day.
It always happens when I open or close some RDP Sessions.
The Screen of the RDP-Connection itself still shows an active session and I can see the Login to the Server works (if it freezes when opening) or I can see that the Session is login off, but RDM does not accept any Mouse or Keyboard Inputs.
If i minimize the Screen (Win+D) I can't open RDM anymore, but it seems to be still active.
I than need to close the RDM by clicking the X-button of the RDM in the Taskbar. The RDM than seems to close normaly (all Session are closed).

How can i solve this? Currently I'm using Version 2024.3.14.0

  1. Consistency of the Issue: Does the freezing occur with a specific RDP entry every time, or does it happen with different entries?
  2. Number of Sessions: Does the problem arise when you're opening multiple sessions simultaneously, or does it also happen with a single session?
  3. Event Viewer Logs: Have you checked the Event Viewer for any error messages or warnings around the time the freezes occur? Any details from the logs could be very helpful.
