I would like to be able to have the 'tab group title' color match the tab group custom color.

Hello - This sounds cool, found this as I was looking for something similar, but now I'm wondering - how do we set a tab group color? I don't see a way to do that anywhere... I was hoping there was some way to either A. configure a color for tab groups (e.g. that shows colorized in tab group bar) and/or B. possibly be able to have child tabs inherit that same color.

I don't believe it's possible to change the tab group coloring at the moment, but now that we've changed our UI framework in 2026.3, this is something we could put back in our list of potential improvements. I've opened an internal ticket for this.
