Add CyberArk PSM HTML5 support

I'm opening this thread to centralize our feature requests in one place.

The requested improvement is to add support for Cyberark's PSM HTML5 Gateway inside of RDM.

I'm aware of two customers that have requested this. They've also been informed that this thread exists.
