I updated to version 2024.3.12.0 64-bit of RDM. When I did, it wanted to install an updated plugin for KeePass. I shutdown my KeePass and let RDM update the plugin. Once relaunched, RDM would reach out to KeePass for my credentials, but it is exceedingly slow. I see a terminal screen come up and ~5 seconds later the credentials have finally been retrieved and I am logged in.
Is there something that I can do to get back to the quick login?

Can you tell me what kind of datasource you're using? Also, what kind of terminal session are you opening (SSH, Telnet, etc)? I will try to reproduce the issue as closely as possible.

We're using a MSSQL server for the datasource and in the particular instance I'm speaking of it's an SSH session. However, opening Remote Desktop sessions to a Windows box is delayed as well.

unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the issue. Every time I open an SSH with a linked credential (username + password) that's a KeePass entry, it opens instantly. Do you keep KeePass opened (could be in tray, just "unlocked")?

Yes I have KeePass open and unlocked. It is usually that way during my work day, unless I step away for too long then it will auto lock. What I am seeing, with KeePass open and unlocked, is the RDM window pop up saying it is accessing KeePass with the progress bar. The progress bar will go about 20% of the way and then the session will open. Before the RDM and KeePass Plugin update, that was essentially instantaneous.

can you check if there's anything in the application logs (Tools > Application Logs)? There's a specific path in the code that logs an error when the communication between the two apps is not working as intended.
