Hi all,
I've just discovered the "is online" feature and I think it's very cool.
After having performed a couple of complete scan, it appears that now RDM is trying to scan only 5-6 hosts out of hundreds and it's "happy" with that. The results are incosistent since a lot of hosts which are offline are not marked in red. I'm using port scan method with VNC sessions. RDP sessions seems to be ok and online status seems to be correctly detected.
The settings are:
Thanks in advance for the support

Windows 11 24H2 - local data source - RDP seems to be ok, only VNC affected apparently (hosts imported from AD and created through UltraVNC and TightVNC templates). In any case the scanning process aborts after a few seconds and after checking only a small portion of all the hosts. If you check the time, you can see that the start time of the scan is very close to scan end. Usually it stops on 255 out of 279.

Hello,
Thank you for your response!
In that case, would it be possible for you to create a portable installation of the latest version of RDM and see if this issue still occurs? To do so, you will need to do the following:
(Close RDM)
1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go to this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager.exe
5- Connect to your data source
Please let us know if the behaviour differs or remains the same. If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know.
Best regards,
Maxim Robert
Already updated my installation to 2024.3.13.0 64-bit and the problem is still there
