Update Password Depot plugin to act like a rich-client of Password Depot

Hello Devolutionsteam,

we are using Password Depot togeher with the rich-client of Password Depot.

When trying to contact the database from the RDM Password Depot plugin, it is not possible to give only the IP + Port for access.
Also the user / domain must be given, which is not possible in the actual RDM plugin GUI.
It also must be able to handle MFA during login process.

I had given already some infos in Ticket 00070875, The Ticketowner could not solve this himself and asked me to add this feature request here.
