Devolutions workspace extension for Chrome Version 2024.3.0.2 MV3 not working

Hi,

Could you confirm if you're connected to RDM, DVLS, or Hub (Business/Personal)?

When you click on the extension at the top right of your browser, do you see the two items matching as expected?

Additionally, could you do the following:

1. Right-click on the website page.
2. From the context menu, select “Inspect” to open the DevTools.
3. In the DevTools window, navigate to the “Console” tab.
4. Take a screenshot of the Console and share it with me.

Yes the RDM application is connected to the data source.
When I click on the extension, it doesnt show anything


Here is the console details, I have also copied all the console info to the text file attached here.

I have loaded the internal version you sent, it still doesnt work unfortunately,
it shows 4 entries on this site but is white, when I select it, it doesnt do anything, doesnt fill the credentials.

Do you have the possibility to upgrade RDM to the latest version?

What data source type your RDM is connected to?

Most of our entries are built as embedded credentials and I believe embedded credential type was deprecated in Devolutions Server in v2022.
Upgrading to new version is still in the works, we would need to convert all of the embedded credential type entries to one of the supported flavours in the new 2024 version.
We are using Devolutions server for data source type.

rdm version is 2022.2.29.0 , but i have almost the same behaviour previously described .
In Workspace extensin i have login name ,but password is empty .
As stated it began when i installed latest version .
Could you send me the internal version so i can test if it resolve this case ?

I have tested the internal version DevolutionsWebLoginChrome.2024.3.0.4.zip with multiple users, they are working great, please let me know when this is rolled out on chrome store.

this morning i saw , in Google Chrome extensions manager window, that the version of Devolutions Workspace is updated to 2024.3.0.3 MV3 , but problems still remain .
Are this version and the one include in DevolutionsWebLoginChrome.2024.3.0.4.zip the same ?

May I ask why you’re still using version 2022.2.29.0 of RDM? Would it be possible for you to update to the latest version, RDM 2024.3?
