For the SAML support with the CyberArk PVWA credential entry, yes it does support it. You just need to change the authentication mode to SAML:

For this, I'm not exactly sure what you need. Maybe you can provide more context? In theory, so long as your CyberArk instance is configured properly to support SAML, any entry configured to this instance as described in the previous screenshot should prompt for an interactive in browser authentication when required. We also persists the authentication context for the lifespan of the application, to avoid frequent need to re-authenticate.

Are there any known issues or limitations with integrating RDM with CyberArk PVWA that we should be aware of?

Do you have anything in mind? We would probably need a bit more information on your setup to answer this. The CyberArk PVWA should be able to get the credential on any CyberArk account for which the authenticated users can access the credentials from the PVWA interface itself. If there's any specificity to your scenario, we could investigate those specifically.
