Import RDM file into Online Account

Thank you for reaching out to Devolutions Support.

The easiest way to import your entries into Devolutions Hub would be to connect to your Hub using RDM and import the .rdm file from there.

To connect your data source in RDM and import the entries, please follow these steps:

1. Open RDM and click on File.
2. Click on Data Source.
3. Click on the + sign to add a new data source.
4. Select Devolutions Hub Personal.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Connect to your Devolutions account.
7. Go back to the File menu and click on Import.
8. Select your .rdm file.
9. Import the entries.

Your entries should now be imported.

I had not initialized my personal Hub on the web site
