Mistakenly Enabled Windows Auth

Hello, I mistakenly enabled under Settings > Security the Windows Authentication on lock. I forgot that my computer does not allow password authentication (only ID Card auth). The app is prompting for a username and password with my Windows username.

Is there any way around this? Or do I need to rebuild my entire local inventory? I should have taken a backup beforehand.. I have learned my lesson.
