Driver's License Entry

The Driver's License Entry is configured to only capture a driver license number.
In the US there is additional information needed such as state of issue, data of issue, expiration date.
It would be great to have a few more details as part of the entry.

We've added the fields you mentioned to the Driver's License entry. This should be available for the upcoming 2024.3 version.
