RDM (free) wont load Devolutions Cloud
Hi
Recently my RDM decided against loading Personal Hub. I have been able to load it twice during the week but it takes forever.
I updated to Free 2024.2.20.0 64bit version but that did not work. I got HTTP error 502 twice but it emerges after a period of several minutes to half an hour.
Is there a way to migrate Personal Hub to local file? I could not find a way to do that.
RDM is completely frozen when it is trying to load the Hub.

Hello,
It's indeed possible to export/import your data into a local datasource, however, you would need access to the data inside RDM to accomplish this.
That being said, we should be able to get you connected to your Hub Personal. If you go in File -> Datasources and recreate a new datasource to your Hub Personal, does this help?
