Your product worked great on my iPad OS connecting to Windows 10 for years. I’m not sure if the update to iPad OS caused it but I am unable to type natively in the windows 10 session. Clicking on the screen works, but I can’t type anything. If I press the keyboard icon at the top of the screen, I can no longer get to the start button to launch an app. What do I need to adjust to get this back to working? It was brilliant and now is unusable.
Thank you for notifying us of the issue. We will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
However, we must point out that you are not on the correct forum. For better follow-up, it would be preferable to submit your request on the correct forum, as we were informed by the Mac team, and we only handle iOS and Android.
The specific forum for RDM iOS is https://forum.devolutions.net/product/rdm-ios
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,
Could you please provide us with the versions of your IPad OS and RDM iOS? Just to ensure we conduct the right tests.
Best regards,
André Sanscartier
The iPad OS is 18.1.
Hello,
Would you mind sending us a video of the behaviour you are referring to ?
Did it work fine on iPadOS 18.0 beta 7 or on the current version of iPadOS (17.6.1) ?
Also, please keep in mind that iPadOS 18.1 is currently in beta and has not been released to the general public yet. Some bugs are to be expected.
We have conducted some test on iPadOS 18.0 beta 7 and everything worked fine, but we haven't done testing on iPadOS 18.1 yet.
Best regards,
Frederick Simard
It worked great under 17, but the bug did come and go. One day I can't type and the next I could. Could never figure out the cause. Under 18, it worked and didn't work under some of the betas, and wasn't working under beta 7 so I tried 18.1 and still nothing. Maybe its a setting I'm missing? I attached a video. Thank you so much.

Hello,
Thank you for providing the video and detailing the issues you've been experiencing. However, upon reviewing the video, it seems that the application shown is not ours. Could you please check and confirm that the application in question is RDM (Remote Desktop Manager) from Devolutions ?

Oh good lord. I am so sorry. I googled VNC... it is RVNC. Sorry about that. Going to look into yours now because like I said this glitch keeps coming and going and I need this for work and once it triggers I'm stuck. Thank you!
No worries.
Please let us know if you experience any issues with our app, and we will do our best to assist you.
Best regards,
Frederick Simard
