Display Resolution Issues for Specific Sessions

We use RDM to support a number of customers. We connect to their VPN and then RDP using RDM. This works great in most cases, but we have one customer where one of our users resolution issues when connecting to that customer's servers. I have checked for User Specific and Local Specific settings and there is nothing. They are connecting using the exact same properties the rest of us are.

Any ideas on this one?

Thank you for getting in touch with us. To better assist you, could you kindly provide us with the following information:

  • A screenshot of the display configuration on the RDP entry.


  • Your current RDM version.


  • The operating system you are using and its version.


  • The data source you are utilizing.


  • Does the problem occur on multiple entries or on a specified one?


  • Does it work normally outside of RDM using MSTSC?


Once we have this information, we will be better equipped to diagnose and resolve the issue.
