It would be helpful to us if there were some logs regarding your error. Could you please check if an error is triggered in the profiler when trying to login to your data source?

To do so, activate your "Profiler" to debug level 1 and keep it running on the side. Once it is running, try to login to your data source once again.

If your user exists, there should be an error that will appear in the profiler once the error is triggered.

Here is how to get to the profiler :



If an error is shown in the profiler after your login attempt, please copy everything to this forum thread as it should help us diagnose your issue.

Okay, I tried to log in again, it opens the browser, authenticates normally and the same message always appears.

Did you do a password reset from an unknown or new device? We typically see these errors when a password was changed on the account.

Yesterday, after the problem, I did need to change my password, because I didn't remember the old one. But I changed it thinking that it would solve the problem (because I couldn't authenticate on the portal). But the problem still persists.

When you created or migrated your Hub Personal, you had to download a file name something similar to "Devolutions Hub Personal Emergency Kit ***.pdf" The name could be different depending on your language and the version. In that file, you have the code required to unlock your Hub Personal.
