Synchronizers - Add new option to only synchronize folder for new entries

Hello,

We have received a request to improve our synchronization process to better accommodate user needs.

We will add a new option to ignore the destination folder if the entry already exists to ensure it is not moved. This setting will help keep moved entries in their new locations and only affect newly discovered entries.

We have opened a Jira ticket with our development team to address this request. Please share your thoughts and any additional requirements you might have.
