Integrate Prerequisites API Call in RDM CyberArk Dashboard

Hello everyone,

Our clients have requested an enhancement to the RDM CyberArk dashboard and data source to improve user experience by incorporating the Prerequisites API call.

Proposed Improvement:
By integrating the Prerequisites API call, RDM will accurately determine what is required from the user before launching a session. This will ensure that users are only prompted for necessary information, aligning RDM behavior with the CyberArk web interface.

We have opened a Jira ticket with our development team to implement this improvement. Your feedback and support will help prioritize this request.

This is actually already done an available for RDM Windows and RDM Mac. Now, the prerequisite API is used to determine if a reason is required, if a ticket number can be entered and for the selection of the remote machines when launching an account.
