Delay With Session Tab Switching Using Personal Hub
Hoping someone can shed some light on what is going on here.
I am using Devolutions hub personal with RDM 2024.2.13.0 and there seems to be some kind of delay when opening or switching sessions using this data source. I understand the data source is not local so I expect a delay when opening a session saved in the data source, but the issue I am running into is that every time I switch tabs between open sessions, there is a ~1 second delay and the loading window briefly pops up.
I've been dealing with it for a while but its slowing me down just enough that I'm considering switching back to the SQLLite database.
Is there any sort of local caching or some setting I am missing here that would prevent this behavior?

Thank you for reaching out to the Devolutions support team.
In that case, would it be possible for you to create a portable installation of the latest version of RDM and see if this issue still occurs? To do so, you will need to do the following:
(Close RDM)
1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go to this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager.exe
5- Connect to your data source
This test will allow us to rule out your local installation of RDM as a possible cause for this issue.
If this is not resolved, could you send a recording of this issue and explain the process in detail?

Thanks Patrick, I did use the portable installation and it didn't have the same issues. I uninstalled my version (and cleared app data) and then reinstalled and that seemed to do the trick.
Not sure what the issue was but glad it's resolved.
