Your first screenshot suggests that you are using an XML data source, which cannot be used with an Enterprise key; therefore, LastPass will not be available.
I suggest moving to another data source type; from there, you can register the application via Administration—Licenses.

I use XML data source and LastPass integration in RDM, during the last 7+ years (on this PC).
To be honest, I cannot find somewhere that the Enterprise edition is installed. In Administration tab, there is no option for licenses. But RDM is installed on that PC for at least 4 years and I have the Invoice of Devolutions, stating "Software maintenance ending: 2024/11/30".

If you are using a XML datasource, the Administration -> Licenses menu to add your serial number should not be available.

As my colleague mentioned, we recommend switching your datasource to SQLite and then perform a export/import of your data as mentioned in this help article

Then, the Administration -> Licenses menu will be available and the Lastpass integration will be available.
