Running the latest version but vault is still read-only
I'm having an issue where my entire db is stuck in read only. I've downloaded the latest version from the website and uninstalled the old one and the Dev personal hub is still in read only

This issue could be related to the migration from 2024.1 to 2024.2.
Could you access your https://hub.devolutions.com with a web browser and tell me if you have access outside of RDM?
Also, could you create a new connection to your database in RDM by File -> Data Source -> New (With the +) -> HUB Personal.

I've noticed the error says "Hub version is 0.0"

I have the same issue. Started last week.
RDM build 2024.1.12.0 64-bit.
I can't add new connection or open Properties of existing connection in RDM. Everything works fine over the browser.
File - Data Sources. I deleted current data source and re-added again. It didn't help.
Please advise.

Since the last Hub Business update, RDM version 2024.2.x is needed. If you're using an older version you will only have read only access within RDM.
