Reading the forum, I already tried to open my hub.devolutions.com, no issues there, I see my account and my vault.

Could you confirm your Remote Desktop Manager version? Also, are you on RDM Mac or Windows?

the issue in subject is ok now, I can now access to my datasource information.
There is a new issue, opening RDM I am receiving the message: "if you do not update to the latest version you won't be able to modify your data source (readonly datasource)"

If you head over to File - Data Sources and add your Hub Personal again, can you connect to it normally?

Hi I have the same issue now with the newest version of RDM. Tried reinstallation --> no chage. I logged in to my account on web and there everything seems ok.
When I click ok another error message will open with: The HTTP status code of the response was not expected (403).
I'm using windows version 2024.2.12.0 64-bit

If you head over to Hub.Devolutions.com and connect to your Hub, it should automatically set your Hub to the latest version. From there, could you try again in Remote Desktop Manager (And try to re-create the datasource)
