I have problem which I'm not able to solve. If I use application Microsoft RD client it works without problem.
If I use Remote Desktom Manager then I have problem in RDP on windows server 2019.
When I press any hw button on Zebra TC21 it send some characters which I'm not able to identify. When I open our software via RDP then it opens some window it looks like when you press any HW button on the TC21 then it sends some command (always same).
If you open notepad same some unidentified character command or something.

Can you help me solve this problem please?

Hello Martin,

Does the issue occur only when you press the hardware buttons on your device, or does it also happen when you are using the scan button?

Would you mind providing a short video or screenshots to highlight your issue?

Hi Frederick,
Sorry for my late reply. I can only scan via hardware buttons because in the software we dont have the scan button.

Thank you for your clarification. To ensure we understand the issue correctly, are you experiencing problems with any other hardware buttons besides the scan button?

If so, could you specify which buttons are not functioning as expected and maybe provide a short video highlighting the issue?

If you press any of the hardware button on the Zebra ( scan, volume up, volume down, on other side favourite button or I don't know the name) it send same character or command to the RDP and in this moment I'm not able to identify which command or character.

Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce the issue. Do you have an application on your barcode scanner device that allows you to configure its behavior, such as the process mode, end mark, data format, keycode, etc.? If so, could you please provide a screenshot of the configuration settings? This will help us ensure our setup matches yours.

Additionally, could you provide a video or screenshots of the actual issue? This will greatly assist us in further investigating the problem.

Here you can find attached settings for DataWedge Profile. I tried a lot of settings there but nothing changed the result.
I would like to share video but there are confidential information. If it is necessery just share your e-mail please and we can do it via some other platform and I will show you the problem.
