Issue with Arranging Assets in RDM 2024.1.31.0
Hello,
Is setting the priority the only way to move assets around? We would like to arrange the entries in a folder freely, but when we try to drag an asset, it only nests one inside another.
Setting the priority is not a great solution when we have folders with a high number of assets, so setting each one individually would be very time-consuming.
We are using RDM 2024.1.31.0 and Devolutions Server 2024.1.14.0.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,
That is correct, the sort priority is currently the only method to order entries in the navigation pane,
If there is no Sort Priority, the entries are displayed in alphabetical order perhaps that would be helpful in your case?

My apologies for the mistake!
I've been informed that if you perform a "Right-click" -> "Edit" "Sort Entries" on the folder itself, you can access the sort entries menu, which should allow you to sort the entries faster than you would be able to using the Sort Priority.
