How to disable "unexpected error occured" and other connectin error windows to pop up

Hello,

can you please help me get rid of those popup windows? I tried to google the forums and foudn some topics that are covering this. None of those helped though. They were either not relevant because the guides were for older release of the RDM or it did not help.

The real reason why I'm raising this topic is that the window below cannot be closed. Its not possoble to click the OK button and the cross button on the top right does not react either. Details button works as expected. It takes around 5 minutes for the window to self-close and then all works just fine. This is happening only with SSH Tunnel object.

RDM version 2024.1.27.0 64-bit

Thanks
Vit

Hello,

step by step:
1) turn on RDM
2) connect the SSH proxy session
3) break connectivity to the SSH host (disconnect VPN, disable WiFi, etc)
4) window appears and cannot be closed

Hello,

Thank you for your response!

I'm letting you know that I'm currently testing this to see if I can reproduce the issue. In the meantime, in the properties of your entry > In Advanced > Try to set the option "Display error messages" to "No" and see if you are still being prompted by this error message.

If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know.

Best regards,

Maxim Robert
