Exporting results as html vs csv but different results page.

Hi,
I am managing many servers and have a monitoring system. So I need to find a way to export all servers with some custom fields data.So far custom fileds are good for me. But to export them as csv, I am trying "advanced search" window. Exporting results as html file includes all custom fileds data, but exporting results as csv file does not include them. Csv option only exports normal server infos. So is this a kindof bug or cvs file does not support custom fields?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,
Could you please specify the version of RDM you are currently using?
What type of data source are you using?
That being said, this would be the expected behavior. Does the HTML export work for you in this case, or would it need to be a .csv export?
Let me know,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
Thanks for reply.
It is 2024.1.28.0 64-bit and Devolutions Hub Personel as data source.
Html results are ok but I need .csv file (with custom field values).
So this is expected behavior?
Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
That is correct, for now, this would be the expected behavior,
I've confirmed with our development team that there is currently an internal ticket regarding improvements to the .csv export. I've linked this to your thread and moved it to the feature request section so that we can keep you updated with any news we have regarding this,

Thank you. Do you think it will be improved in next near releases ?
Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
From my understanding, this is fairly a big change and unfortunately, I do not have an ETA on this,
Let me know if you have further questions regarding this,
Best regards,

Ok thank you. Is there alternative way to export them as csv ?
Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking if there is an alternative method to export in the .csv format that would include the custom fields? If so, I'm afraid not at this time.
Let me know,
Best regards,
