Refresh on tab select

I think it would be usefull to have a "refresh page on select" option in the general settings of a URL link item that would refresh the page when you click on the tab and only then. This would be particularly usefull on the page of our open ICT tickets. I know that there is allready an option to have it refresh every couple of seconds, minutes or whatever but that is really annoying when you're in the middle of writing a reply to a ticket: you have to start all over again.
