red indicator in taskbar icon

hi,
after updating to 2024.1.25.0 some users report that there is a red dot indicator on top of the RDM logo in the taskbar.

I would have thought this only appears when sessions are recorded (which the users did not start and we did not configure anywhere server-side).

Any thoughts why this is?

This red indicator is to mention you that you have notifications inside RDM.
