Ones in a while user has reporter that their user vault is empty, this started I think for over a year ago.
Ctrl + Refresh fixes this.
But after we upgraded to 2014.1.21.0, the has been many people that has expiring that they are missing the content of the user vault.
And must click CTRL + Refresh to get them back.
Is there any setting I can do regarding the User vault cashe to reduce this problem?

Can you please try the latest version 2024.1.25.0?
We've made changes of the last few versions that should resolve your issue. The behaviour was more prevalent with the system vault but code path for both user & system vaults are very similar so it should also solve your issue.

FYI - I'm assuming you have a typo in your message and meant v2024.1.21.0 and not v2014.1.21.0.

I have not been successful in replicating this or identifying any reasons or circumstances for this happening.
