I have licensed web access on my DVLS server in Team version. Other IT who want to use RDM buy separate licenses which we put into the portal and then into the server and assign to the user. After the last insertion, RDM gives us an error and can't connect.

For the moment, we're not aware of an issue with the license management.
I'd like to replicate the behavior on our side.
Could you provide me with a screen capture of your License management UI? (DVLS Web > Administration > Licenses; make sure to blur any sensitive information)
I would need to see the user counts on each individual licenses
My best guess at the moment is that DVLS may encounter issues with the assignation of multiple RDM licenses
If my hypothesis is correct, the quickest workaround would be to unify your RDM licenses.
To do so, I would need to open a support case, but I can't get in contact with you since I don't have your direct email. Could you please email service@devolutions.net with the forum link in the message?
