New PC Setup: Questions about Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) and Devolutions Online Drive

Hello everyone,

I've recently set up a new PC and I'm eager to install Remote Desktop Manager (RDM). Could anyone advise me on which version of RDM I should download to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with my system?

Greetings, I'm in the process of setting up my new PC and I'm unsure how to access my 'Devolutions Online Drive' within Remote Desktop Manager. Could someone kindly walk me through the steps to set it up and locate it within the RDM interface?

Hello Aviadofek,

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

The 'Devolutions Online Drive' is now Hub Personal. I recommend you create a Hub Personal from the Devolutions Portal before installing RDM. Here's a link that will guide you in making your Hub Personal. Make sure to follow each step and keep your Emergency Kit somewhere you will remember.
https://docs.devolutions.net/hub/getting-started/create-hub/hub-personal/

Then, after creating your Hub Personal, you can integrate Devolutions Hub Personal in RDM. Here's a link that will guide you through it.
https://docs.devolutions.net/kb/hub-personal/how-to-articles/integrate-hub-personal-rdm/

Also, add your RDM license to your Hub Personal Web Interface. To do so, you will need to go to "Administration" > "License" > "+" At the top right > Add your license.

Since Devolutions Hub Personal is on version 2024.1.5.0, your RDM must be on a 2024 version. Here's the link to download the latest version of RDM.

If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know.
