Notice: Upcoming Let's Encrypt change impacting Android 7 and earlier
Beginning May 15, 2024, new certificates issued by Let's Encrypt will only be signed with a root certificate that is not included on Android 7 and earlier.
Devolutions employs Let’s Encrypt certificates for its Devolutions account-related services, affected devices will show TLS connection errors. This change will not affect users on Android version 8 or later, since these versions trust the ISRG Root X1 certificate.
If you are using Android 7 or earlier, we invite you to follow the steps in the following KB article to install the root certificate on your device to avoid connection issues.
