Shared Templates missing while using Import from Active Directory Wizard
I have created a series of RDP entry templates for different AD domains I manage. When I attempt to import new servers from the Import Computer Wizard, choose Active Directory none of the templates appear in the last wizard window.
Is this expected or is it a bug?

What version are you running?
This is known issue that we've been trying to resolve for some time now. We have resolved a few occurrences of this issue with the latest release (v2024.1.20). If you are on an older version, please upgrade.
As a workaround, you can perform a force fresh to reload the templates, you may need to do this from time to time as the issue resurfaces until we can find a permanent fix.
File > Templates > Entry templates > CTRL + Refresh (button, far right side of the form).

In addition to what my colleague said, there is also an issue that will be fixed with our upcoming version, 2024.1.21.0, that might also help in your scenario. We are hoping to release this version this week. If this version doesn't fix your issue, please let us know and we will investigate further, as it might be the same issue as Stéfane mentioned.
