move folder or sessions between vault

Yes, both are possible.

For move, have a look here: https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/commands/administration/management/vaults-overview/#move-entries-to-a-different-vault

For copy, an export & import, making sure to check "Change ID" (it's the default). This will create a copy of the entries in the new vault.

Note: if "Change ID" is unchecked it will perform a move but the easiest is using the Move directly, it's easier.
