Good morning.
Do you folks currently have, or in the works of having a program that, for troubleshooting purposes, will completely uninstall any and all traces of RDM from the computer (files, registry, etc.?)
Since I have numerous issues going on after the last three of four in-place upgrades (IPU), I would like to uninstall RDM v2024.1.19.0 64-Bit completely and thoroughly from my machine prior to a reboot and re-install.
I have a support session coming up on Wednesday, and would like to complete this troubleshooting and re-install from scratch and recreate the datasource and information uses prior to that session.
That way, we can make sure that it has nothing to do with "leftover traces" of something from a previous IPU that may not have happened correctly.

Hello Chuck,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,
We have the following knowledge base article regarding this, which I believe will be helpful in your case:
https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/installation/uninstall/
Let me know if this helps or if you have further questions,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
Yes sir that answers the question.
No reason for me to uninstall then and reinstall before the meeting.
Thank you!
