My IT team has tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and repairing, with reboots between each step. We've removed the relevant appdata folder. No matter what we do, the program will not open. It's not recreating the appdata either. This is all with the latest installer (2024.1.17).
Any suggestions?
This is the update that was installed yesterday. Before this was installed, RDM was working properly.

My IT team was able to fix it after installing .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime (v8.0.3) - Windows x64.
I'm considering this closed now.
