Unable to connect to your data source

Hi there,
this morning, I booted up my laptop and started to get a message that Remote Desktop Manager was unable to connect to my Data Source. It just kept looping and locking up the application.

I went ahead and downloaded the most recent version and installed it (2024.1.12.0) but I am still getting the same message


i'm stumped. i have to click OK/Cancel like 5 or 10 times to even get to the main screen. Once I I even get to try and launch a connection, it just shows a black screen and goes now where, but my system slows down to a crawl and I have to force-close the application

I'm also wondering if your colleagues are encountering the same issue when attempting to connect to the data source?
