Statusbar / tooltip stuck in view from MS Edge Sessions
In the lower left the tooltip / statusbar that usually pops up when loading a site or hovering over links seems to get stuck until you close the specific session that brought it up even if you're in another session.
We are on version 2023.3.39.0, we haven't tried the beta yet but wonder if there is a fix for it.

I had this problem some years (?) ago but it was fixed a long time ago. It popped up for me again since I needed to recreate my configuration after upgrading to 2024.x - could this be an option that needs to be set?

You can completely turn off the status bar for the browsers by going in File > Settings > User Interface, and unchecking "show status bar in webviews":
If you don't need the status bar, then this is the best workaround we have at the moment. This might be the setting you had configured before redoing your configuration file.
