"Value cannot be null, Parameter name: source" after 2023.3.39 update

I am using Password Hub data source. After installing the 2023.3.39 update, I now get this error on every launch and the data source is not loaded. I've tried temporarily switching to a local data source and back, but it doesn't help.

Hello,

You mentioned that you are using Devolutions Hub, but are you using Hub Personal or Hub Business? It seems that there's an issue loading an entry from the system vault. Do you have access to the web interface? (hub.devolutions.com for Personal or your custom URL with Hub Business.) With the web interface, you could check if the system vault loads correctly.

Have a good day!

Hi. I am using Hub Personal. I can successfully access my user vault in the web interface. I also see System > Administration at the bottom of that screen, and clicking on that shows this:

Hello,

Do you have any entry templates defined? It could be one of those that is broken.

Have a good day!

I did have some entry templates. I removed them using the web console and RDP is now able to open the vault without error. I was able to recreate my templates afterward. Thank you.

Hello,

I am currently investigating the reason why this occurred in the first place. Could you provide the following information: the platform where the broken templates were created (web interface or RDM), and also the type (credential, RDP, etc.)?

Thank you!
