Remote session from MDM gives black screen
Our customers devices with the Remote desktop manager software are black when controlled remotely from our MDM solution.
Is this a known issue? Can this be solved/overruled?

MDM is not fully supported and it shouldn't be available. Can you please specify the version of RDM for Android you're currently using?

Latest version out of google play store.
Currently, MDM support is incomplete and its use is not recommended. Enhancements to MDM compatibility are on our roadmap for future releases.

Hi,
We are currently working on implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Android by pushing XML configuration files through MDM via RDM Android. For iOS, we have successfully implemented this with some MDM applications. However, we are facing difficulties finding a suitable solution for Android. Could you please let us know which MDM application you are using so we can test the Android MDM implementation?
