Lansweeper issue?

I have been attempting to setup the Lansweeper sync, there are a couple of issues I've noticed. The First being that the ID code doesn't seem to stick as after entering the code it is able to find the site, but once i update the entry and go back into it the site selector no longer works until i re-enter the ID code?? The Second being the sync doesn't work even immediately after updating the entry selecting the site and using the default filters, the app logs give me this (minus the values that were in the 2nd block): -

I'm assuming that because the ID code isn't sticking after the first update it may be causing the sync issues.

Any ideas??
