Unfortunately, this is normal. The AnyDesk entry is not supported in RDM Mac and since it's an AddOn, we don't have it's entry information unless it's at least partially implemented. I'll open a ticket to see if we can at least show the host name and maybe the copy host and copy password buttons.

In the latest version -"24.3.8.4"
it doesn't work, it shows an empty field

Hello, when we say partial support, we meant it will keep the password and username, but you still have to set it up manually. We still don't have anything that allow us access to the Anydesk application on MacOs sadly.
